John Mayer Talks About Aniston Split

When OK! caught up with John Mayer in NYC on Saturday, non only did the singer admit that he and Jennifer Aniston are no longer together the normally obtuse star in reality spoke openly about the split.

"It's the most normal thing in the globe," John says. "There's no lying there's no cheating. There's no nothing."

John too had nothing but the kindest run-in for his ex. "Jennifer Aniston is the smartest, most sophisticated person I think I've ever met," he explained. "She's one of the most lovely people I've ever met in my life."

So what went wrong? "People make different chemistry, they have different lives," says John. "It's not about days, it's close to going taboo with individual, being truthful on the way in, being true in the middle and being truthful on the way extinct. You're either a cheat or you break up and I'm not the first, I'm the minute. And that's it. There's no prevarication, there's no bullsh**."

And according to John, it was him that called a halt to their romance. "I complete a relationship because there was no lying," he explained to OK!. "I ended a relationship to be solitary because I don't want to desolate somebody's prison term if something's not right. I don't waste people's time. I don't do the taper. I assure you there's 20 pct of the people on the street right now who are in a relationship they wish they could get out of but they don't live how. And I'm going away to be honest on the way in to my relationships and I'm going to be honest on the way out of my relationships."

"I'm meritless that the story's non interesting," John tells OK!. "But it's about time that soul stands up for that girl and I think she's great."

As for the news that Jen has already affected on and begun beholding another military man, John shrugged, "I don't care."

The quintet Femme Fatale formed in Albuquerque and relocated to Los Angeles in 1987, during the days when fuzz alloy acts were enjoying high visibility and platinum-level gross sales. Fronted by Lorraine Lewis, the group consisted of guitarists Mazzi Rawd and Bill D'Angelo, ocean bass player Rick Rael, and drummer Bobby Murray. Lewis had snub her teeth in cover bands, only her stage presence helped the fledgeling play sign a consider with MCA Records only months afterward they had resettled. The band's eponymic debut was released in early 1989 with MTV gift heavy airplay to the videos for "Waiting for the Big One" and "Falling in & extinct of Love." They too toured with Cheap Trick and adage their songs appear on several adolescent picture show soundtracks. Despite a good amount of money of exposure, Femme Fatale was unable to break out from the myriad of similar bands that had flooded the market and the album managed simply meagerly flagrant revenue. There wouldn't be a irregular record record album as Lewis chose to go her possess modal value, eventually moving to Philadelphia and pursuing a more than rootsy counsel with a solo calling. In 2002, Lewis released an EP, recorded in Los Angeles and Nashville, backed by session players from both cities.

The Cribs: 'The Sex Pistols are sexually fantastic'

The Cribs played a raucous afternoon set at the Isle Of Wight festival this afternoon (June 14) at which they described The Sex Pistols, who are set to headline the festival later tonight, as "sexually fantastic".

The sunny weather brought out a typically high-octane performance from the Wakefield trio, with bassist Gary Jarman ending the set by hurling his bass guitar into drummer Ross Jarman's drum kit.

Watched from the side of the stage by singer Ryan Jarman's girlfriend Kate Nash and The Enemy's Tom Clarke, the band played a set including hits 'Hey Scenesters', 'Moving Pictures' and 'Men's Needs'.

Before playing 'Mirror Kissers' Ryan Jarman told the crowd about his night out the previous evening. "We went to a karaoke bar," he told the audience. "When we were singing songs we thought we were going to get our heads kicked in. So it's nice to sing some songs here without fear of getting our heads kicked in."

After playing 'Another Number' later in the set the singer/guitarist paid tribute to The Sex Pistols, who will grace the stage tonight. "We played with them before," he told the crowd, referring to the support slots they played with the punk legends recently. "They were sexually fantastic".

Two songs later, as set-closer 'The Wrong Way' reached its death, Gary Jarman threw his instrument a full ten feet in the air before it crashed down on his brother's drum kit. Ryan Jarman, meanwhile, knocked over an amp stack with his guitar before thanking the crowd and heading off stage.

The Cribs played:

'Our Bovine Public'
'Hey Scenesters'
'Don't You Wanna Be Relevant?'
'My Life Flashed Before My Eyes'
'Women's Needs'
'Moving Pictures'
'Mirror Kissers'
'Men's Needs'
'Another Number'
'I'm A Realist'
'The Wrong Way To Be'

Jack Nicholson - Deniro Hoffman Snub Allen Film

ROBERT De NIRO, JACK NICHOLSON and DUSTIN HOFFMAN refused to star in a movie by filmmaker WOODY ALLEN because they were not offered enough money.

The Oscar-winning moviemaker claims the Hollywood actors snubbed the chance to star in one of his movies, because he could not match their huge salaries.

He says, "There are plenty of actors and actresses that have said - even after saying 'I'm dying to work with you so I'd do anything' - that they're not available or they can't work for the pay I'm offering because they have a chance to make a movie for GBP4 million or GBP5 million and they need the money."

"For Deconstructing Harry I tried to get De Niro, I tried to get Hoffman, I tried to get Elliot Gould."

Allen claims Nicholson and Tom Hanks both turned down roles in The Curse Of The Jade Scorpion.

Naomi Campbell recovering following operation

Supermodel Naomi Campbell is recuperating after being discharged from hospital following surgery.
Last week, she underwent four-and-a-half hours of surgery at a hospital in Sao Paulo, Brazil, to remove a cyst.
The hospital said over the weekend that Campbell had recovered "very well" and left in a helicopter after being discharged on Friday afternoon.
Mirtes Bogea, spokeswoman for the Sirio Libanes hospital, said: "Doctors signed her release and she left in the afternoon in a helicopter that someone sent to pick her up."
Meanwhile Campbell hit out at "ludicrous" reports she was planning a party.
The Brazilian press reported that the 37-year-old planned to throw a lavish party on the day she left hospital.
But the model said in a statement: "I take my health very seriously, so to suggest that I would host a party following an operation is ludicrous.
"I would like to thank everyone for their kind wishes and concern over the past week and for the fantastic service I have received at the hospital. I will now be recuperating in private."
The Streatham-born model underwent a four-and-a-half hour laparoscopy procedure on Monday.
A friend said: "The suggestion that she would throw a party as soon as she leaves is ridiculous and makes light of what she has been through over the last few days."
